Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit their work in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Abstracts: 250–500 words, structured according to the IMRAD format (Introduction, Methodology, Results, and Discussion)
• Each submission must include 3–5 keywords
• Papers may be submitted in Turkish or English
• Abstracts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format
• Full papers must not have been previously presented or published elsewhere

Submissions that do not comply with the template and formatting guidelines will not be considered for review. Accepted full papers will be published in the Symposium proceedings; formatting guidelines for the proceedings will be shared with authors following acceptance.

The Symposium Scientific Committee — composed of subject-matter experts — will evaluate all submissions and make final acceptance decisions. The symposium website will be announced shortly.
